Teens' anxiety management

Anxiety is one of the most popular mental disorders. As a matter of fact, this disorder could beat every person – an adult, a child and a teen.
From the very first day when someone understands himself or herself as a person who is able to start cognitive activity, he/she faces fears that can lead to anxiety. Actually, next step is mental disorder, if a person can not cope with his/her fears and worries. When anxiety becomes overwhelming, it means that a person needs professional help.
It is used to think that mental disorders are something shameful, incorrect, and antisocial. But you can live all your life next to a person and don't know that he/she suffers from anxiety. You can live all your life with the feeling of fear and even don't be aware that it is not normal. So, be tolerant towards each other and give support when someone needs it really.
The teens belong to this age group which needs even more attention and care than they could expect. The matter is that during this period a person starts the most important stages in his/her life. A teen learns how the relationships work, value the parents in different way, and experience an independent life. There are many important issues like shaving for the first time and a first date, outer beauty and ideal image, parents' troubles and desire to be independent, better understanding what they want, balance between inner "I" and the world requirements, fears and depression... the list can be very long.
Not every adult knows that people are not perfect, but what to say about the teens when even the chemical processes in the growing and changing organism prevent rational thinking?
Though, the main task of the adults is to help the teens to understand themselves and teach them how to cope with the life situations, that is "give the way". But at the same time, the adults are not the only people who must care of the teens and support them. A teen is able to learn the main rules with the help of a wiser grown up for the first time, but it does not mean that the teens are not able to make their own decisions in order to cope with their anxiety.
It is worthy remembering that worrying is a natural process of an organism as a reaction to the outer irritants. Only the longer and overwhelmed irritation and fears are to be accepted as a serious problem. In general, it is not a problem; it is a current ordinary trifle you can surely cope.
