The teens usually try to reduce some usual activities (meeting the friends, sport training, additional courses attending, dating) in order to restore calmness and inner comfort. They guess that sleeping more and staying at home watching a favorite movie is that recipe that they need against worrying. The matter is that staying at home alone could even make your state worse. So, it is important to try keeping the usual routine.

Of course, you can build a wall around you, and in the most cases your friends used to give up trying to contact you, but you are not able to stop communication with your relatives as you live under the same roof and it is harder to split off them.

As a result, you become irritated every time when they aim to learn about your problems and support you honestly.

If you think that refusing of your routine, you get more time for putting the things in order, it is a mistake. Contrary, you are risky to develop phobia or worse psychological disorders. The psychologists and therapists are able to help those people who suffer from the slight emotional disorders. The hardest ones are to be treated only by the psychiatrists medically.
