What's anxiety?

At the same time the only desire of a person is to solve the problem as quickly as it is possible and forget about it. Actually, it is natural reaction of an organism when the things get complicated. At the same time it is better not to jump into the decision, but try to understand the causes of your anxiety. After that the things are to be easier.

Feeling of anxiety is to last for about two minutes usually. The matter is that two minutes is this time period that the brain needs to calm down and think of the things rationally and logically. Two minutes is the time when a signal of anxiety runs to your brain and find or does not find the reasons for worrying. If the signal is wrong, the brain gives the order "calm down" and you really do not feel trembling in your hands any more, your heart does not beat so quickly, you do not sweat, you can breathe easily and your knees do not give you a dance performance. But if you receive a command for worrying (I forgot my bag at the classroom", "My boyfriend is offended" etc), it can cause sleep and eating disorders, constant fear, problems with the friends and parents – the results could be very different including the visit to the psychologist. Perhaps, it is just worthy relaxing and let you organism cope with the attack for two minutes.
