Normally, every person is able to cope with his/her anxiety, even those people who experienced some phobias or stressful situations. Let’s be realistic and accept that not every life situation is to make you be worried, depressed or hot-tempered.

Everyone possesses the opportunities, abilities and talents to be involved into some kind of activity, but some people do accept them and some people do not, preferring to underline their shortcuts rather than their advantages.

Parents want you to do the things against your will. They want you to be ideal, correct, tolerant, obedient, and easy to get along with. They used to control you and tell you what you should do. But you are growing up and changing.

Anxiety it is natural reaction of an organism when the things get complicated. At the same time it is better not to jump into the decision, but try to understand the causes of your anxiety. After that the things are to be easier.

What are the causes of anxiety?

Actually, it is hard to point out the reasons of anxiety as they are very personal in every case, but the psychologist are able to propose the most possible reasons in order to take them into consideration and avoid if possible.

In some families it is used to frighten each other with the possible social events, important decisions, social roles and other ordinary factors. For example, your mother repeats you all the time: "You will never be happy in your marriage. Who would love such stubborn girl?". As a result, when you start dating with a serious fellow, you feel uncertainty that you are able to build healthy and long-termed relationship. Such family game could be very sad in the total. To discover this game is not an easy matter, especially if you are inexperienced in the relationships or you believe your relatives much.

Another reason for intensive anxiety is heredity. The genes influence the brain work, but not everybody of a family with bad heredity is to develop mental disorders. The social factors are to be taken into consideration as well. A child who is growing in the conditions of constant fear (family tyranny, health threat) is more likely to develop stress and anxiety.

To sum up, the reasons of anxiety are the society, family and heredity.
