If your prudence does not allow you to cry when somebody sees it, cry alone, but do not feel that you are alone. There are many friends of yours who feel the same. Even if they do not tell you about that, perhaps, they are sure that you do not feel something like that. If this tip is not good to you, try to count your breath when you feel like crying, screaming or any other alarm sign. Count till ten. Concentrating on your correct breathing for ten seconds could be enough to calm down and take it easy.

Some people say that everything passes. And this feeling of despair or sadness is to pass. But if your negative mood is kept for quite a long time, ask for your friend or any other person you trust to help you. It could be a sincere communication, or you can do something together in order to draw your attention from your problems.

Sport, art, social life, music, signing can help you to cope with your negative emotions and feelings. Many teens keep their diaries to describe their good and bad experience. No matter how you write, just try to put your thoughts on the paper and see what it can result in. They say that when you visualize your problems, they seem to be minor, less important and dramatic.
