Positive self-esteem

Everybody finds trouble with self-esteem building or improving. Actually, the teens face it as a harder problem than the adults do as during your teen age you are still developing and trying to compare yourself with your ideal image. Sometimes you think that you are not worthy communicating with some people as you do not belong to their group or you think that you are too ignorant to study math. As it is well-known, the thoughts are materialistic. If you think that you can not chat with people you like for some reasons, so, it is doubly that you would ever be a friend of theirs.
What's the problem actually? The matter is that everyone possesses the opportunities, abilities and talents to be involved into some kind of activity, but some people do accept them and some people do not, preferring to underline their shortcuts rather than their advantages.
The psychologists and therapists recommend doing small steps towards recognizing your abilities. Try to stop negative thinking of yourself. Every time when you catch yourself on the bad thoughts, try to invent something good and positive. For example, you understand that you are not perfect in football playing, but at least you are good in the studying that guarantees you admitting to the university. Concentrate on your results rather than on your perfect image. You can not be perfect in everything, but you can achieve good results in some field. Do not view mistakes as your last chance. Everybody makes mistakes; the most logical way is to accept them as the new experience. Have fun and take pride of your achievements. It is an easy way to improve your self-esteem. Think positively and do not let bad thoughts make your life worse.
