Goal setting and motivation

Have you ever had the feeing that you do not know what to do and it makes you feel very worried? Anxiety management is possible when you know how to set goals and motivate yourself effectively.
For example, you want to be admitted to the university. Try to set a realistic and specific goal. Tell yourself "I am going to get A for math and geography". So, you have nothing to do, but learn math and geography harder. This concrete goal sounds more realistic than a simple desire to study at the university. If you have desire to stop, do not be upset. Even the most successful people are not able to have luck from the very first time. Anyway, this statement is not to become excuse for your losses. If you split up, try another time. It must work. It takes time in order to create your routine. If you want to jog in the morning and you have to get up at eight a.m. for that, it could take a month to adapt.
You know that you are influenced by many people whom you respect. For example, your parents, friends, girlfriend or boyfriend, teachers, but it is you who ought to set the goals and achieve them. It is needed for your inner motivation. Motivation could be different. For example, you have to make something to correspond to your inner ideal image or occupy some place in a group. If you are sure why you need to do that, it is to be easier to achieve your goal. So, write down or formulate your goal as strictly as it is possible and make your dream real.
