Normally, every person is able to cope with his/her anxiety, even those people who experienced some phobias or stressful situations. Let’s be realistic and accept that not every life situation is to make you be worried, depressed or hot-tempered.

Everyone possesses the opportunities, abilities and talents to be involved into some kind of activity, but some people do accept them and some people do not, preferring to underline their shortcuts rather than their advantages.

Parents want you to do the things against your will. They want you to be ideal, correct, tolerant, obedient, and easy to get along with. They used to control you and tell you what you should do. But you are growing up and changing.

 

Anxiety it is natural reaction of an organism when the things get complicated. At the same time it is better not to jump into the decision, but try to understand the causes of your anxiety. After that the things are to be easier.

Anxiety disorders

The events which start with the ordinary excitement develop into the mental disorders if you can not cope with your worrying. Different anxiety disorders have different symptoms, but they have an only common feature – they influence your everyday life badly.

The first stage is general anxiety. It is natural that you worry about your dearest and nearest, your school matters, sport successes and so on. Obsessing anxiety makes you feel worse due to the bad thoughts and seeking for the ways to cope with them. You can miss the school, refuse meeting your friends.

Phobia is strong fear of something. You can not cope with that. The only thing you can do is to avoid the irritants. Social phobias are characterized with your fear to speak in frond of other people or cope with the social situations. For example, you could be afraid to buy a cup of coffee in spite of the fact that there is nothing awful in that. Panic attack is caused by the definite reasons. As a result, you try to avoid the place where you can find the irritating things or doing something that you can be worried about. This process is accompanied with the physical symptoms like heart beating, palms sweating, knees trembling, fast breathing.

Another kind is posttraumatic stress anxiety. The symptoms are the similar, but nightmares are added.
