Normally, every person is able to cope with his/her anxiety, even those people who experienced some phobias or stressful situations. Let’s be realistic and accept that not every life situation is to make you be worried, depressed or hot-tempered.

Everyone possesses the opportunities, abilities and talents to be involved into some kind of activity, but some people do accept them and some people do not, preferring to underline their shortcuts rather than their advantages.

Parents want you to do the things against your will. They want you to be ideal, correct, tolerant, obedient, and easy to get along with. They used to control you and tell you what you should do. But you are growing up and changing.

Anxiety it is natural reaction of an organism when the things get complicated. At the same time it is better not to jump into the decision, but try to understand the causes of your anxiety. After that the things are to be easier.

4 ways to treat your anxiety

Nobody is perfect, especially the teen people who still learn the world and main connections in it. Have you ever noticed a label "School counselor"? Well, if you feel overwhelming anxiety and you do not know what to do, you can speak to anybody at school – your teacher or friends. The main thing is not to tell SOMEBODY, but to tell to a person you trust and respect. If you do not think that your parents are able to understand you, ask a church leader or a sport consultant. The communication with this person is to return you comfort and give you relief. Perhaps, you will be able to receive a piece of good advice or just have your say. Sometimes, people are ignorant as for strange troubles, don't worry. If you do not succeed in your attempt for the first time, try to speak to another people. It is just not worthy keeping it inside you or it could start "eat" you.

There is nothing shameful to ask a professional psychologist to help you. He can solve every problem of yours with a single word as he is able to look at the matter the other way round, be more rational and logical. Perhaps, he/she is to recommend a doctor to examine you.

Make your schedule which is to include healthy eating and sleep, sport, outdoors, walking, communication with your friends, learning the lessons and many other activities. Try to change something in your life. For example, give up smoking or start drinking milk instead of tea in the morning. The routine change would make your organist adapt to it, but not to stress.

And the last way is to be positive, all the time. It sounds odd now as there are some events that can not be accepted optimistically. But take it easy, or just take counsel with your pillow.
